The Atlin Mining Division

The Atlin Mining Division in Northern British Columbia has been seeing renewed interest in the past few years with exploration work showing promising results. The past-producing Tulsequah Chief mine is in the process of being reactivated and is approximately 25km to the west of Arrowstar's properties.

In the spring of 2011, Arrowstar acquired four groups of mining claims in Northwestern British Columbia: The Northern Treasure, Bryer, Argonaut, and Golden Fleece groups. The Golden Fleece and Argonaut properties were sold in the fall of 2011 to Ocean Park Ventures Corp. The gold-silver properties are located 120 km south of the town of Atlin, B.C., and 150km west of Dease Lake. The claims are on geological trend 70 km NW of the former Golden Bear mine and mine access road which was developed by Chevron Minerals of Canada. The claims all lie within 10km of one another and surround the Thorn (Brixton Metals/Kiska Metals JV) and Trapper (Constantine Metal Resources/Ocean Park JV) properties.

The company immediately began advancing the Atlin properties with geological exploration, resulting in the Northern Treasure and Bryer claims showing potential for mineral finds.

The Bryer Claim Group - Arrowstar's Bryer property is also immediately adjacent to Brixton Metals Corporation's (TSX-V: BBB) Thorn gold-silver-copper property. In 2011, Brixton completed a drilling program of 21 holes (5,682m) at their Thorn property. These properties have seen samples running as high as 265 g/t Au and 631g/t Ag and the venture is planning to spend over $6 million on exploration in summer 2012, including a drill program of over 13,000m (42,000 ft).

On January 5, 2012, Brixton announced that the drilling program assay results which found a substantial near-surface, high-grade mineralization zone, that remains open at depth and on the eastern strike extensions. Importantly, the Oban Breccia Zone hole THN11-60 intersected from surface 95.08m of 904 g/t AgEq (1.71 g/t Au, 628.30 g/t Ag, 0.12% Cu, 3.31% Pb and 2.39% Zn). This included 25.56m of 1,679 g/t AgEq (2.28 g/t Au, 1,300 g/t Ag, 0.22% Cu, 5.34% Pb and 2.51% Zn) and 9.25m of 3,646 g/t AgEq (3.04 g/t Au, 2,984 g/t Ag, 0.53% Cu, 11.65% Pb and 3.42% Zn).

Northern Treasure - On the Northern Treasure property, numerous gossans (which may be intensely oxidized, weathered or decomposed rock), have been observed over a large area on the claims in images from air photos. Additionally, a BC Government regional stream sediment sample returned 602 PPB Gold from Claim # 83 6803. The Company has started an analysis of airborne and satellite images as well as from historic information from past exploration, to be followed up by surface exploration next summer.

In addition, claims surrounding the Atlin Property block include a known gold, silver, copper showing in a quartz-carbonate vein near the south side of the ground called the Lis 3 showing. A sample of this vein assayed 1.47 g/t Au, 1.6 g/t Ag and 0.004% Cu and contained values of Pb and Zn (B.C. Assessment Report 22384).

The Cranbrook Mining Division

Harris Gold & Copper Property - Arrowstar recently signed an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a four claim gold prospect located in the Snowcrest Mountain area of the Cranbrook Mining Division in southeastern British Columbia. The property, known as the Harris Group, is located approximately 53 km west of Cranbrook, BC, off Meacham Creek, a tributary of the St. Mary River. The property is comprised of 48 claim units totaling 1,005.15 hectares in four mineral tenures.

The claims are located along a geological contact trend previously explored in the 1890's when three short adits were dug out of the hillside. The Minister of Mines Report says the area has gold, copper and silver showings. The Company plans a summer program of prospecting, sampling and mapping with a view to identify the high-grade zone so they can be trenched, blasted and diamond drilled. The claims are surrounded on the east and north by Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: EPL), and on the west and south by Teck Resources Ltd. (NYSE: TCK).
